” What a wonderful stay we have had at the Little Orchard B&B. Both Kerry & Jamie were fabulous hosts who kindly offered us teas and coffees on arrival: how lucky we were with the sunny weather! We felt instantly at ease with the hosts. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed spotting the various plants and birds. Upstairs our bedrooms were tastefully furnished and kitted out with homely essentials which is always greatly appreciated. The pillows and beds were so comfortable and ensured we had a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast the following morning was a delight. Choices, choices, choices… I thoroughly enjoyed my cooked plate of poached eggs, smoked salmon and avocado, whilst our friends enjoyed their bowls of yogurt, fresh fruit and granola. Tea, coffee and fruit juices were in abundance at the table. Thank you for our stay. We would love to come again in the future. on “

” From the minute we were greeted by Kerry we knew we’d found a perfect place to spend a few days around Chichester. Our room was an extension of the warmth and ambience that Kerry and Jamie extend to their guests from within their own home. The decor, finishing touches, and comfort of our room was faultless. Kerry has thought of everything – just perfect. Our breakfast – Bob on !! Plenty of choice, presented beautifully .. and cooked in front of us .. the dining room backs on to the beautiful back garden making the whole breakfast experience a perfect start to the day. Kerry was chatty, friendly, interested in us and interesting as a person .. an absolute gem of a place and we will absolutely be back. Keep doing what you do .. cos you’ve got it ‘just right’ “

” We’ve had a wonderful stay at Little Orchard and the accommodation cannot be faulted. Our en suite room was very spacious and clean, with plenty of hanging and draw space, and with a view over the lovely gardens. The super king bed was warm and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries and refreshments were provided and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Kerry and Jamie were very hospitable and friendly. A short walk took us into the town centre with a good choice of places to eat out. We enjoyed seeing the sights of Chichester and the surrounding area. ” This the most beautiful, welcoming home, and Kerry and Jamie are exceptional hosts. The en suite room is full of thoughtful touches such as delicious teas, cotton wool in case you’ve forgotten it, and the hugest, softest towels. And the wide double bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, from muesli and yoghurts and cakes, to the full English if you want it. And the garden is so pretty to sit it. And Willow the laborador just completes the perfect picture. We have stayed here several times, and always look forward to coming back. “

” We arrived after a long drive in the rain and were immediately offered a restorative pot of tea in the comfortable guests’ sitting room. We were down from London for a party; Jamie and Kerry provided us with contact details for local taxi firms in advance. We stayed in the ensuite room – beautifully decorated in muted tones, thoughtfully kitted out with everything one could need to get ready for an evening out – plenty of hanging space, full length mirror, a hairdryer (and ample power points), as well as a super king size super comfortable bed! Kerry and Jamie provided us with a delicious breakfast with plenty of alternatives to choose from. They are excellent hosts; we were made to feel very welcome. We would happily stay there again, and would recommend them without hesitation. “
